We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to provide in-depth insights into athletic performance, training methodologies, and game strategies. This remote-first position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to athletic success from anywhere in India, leveraging advanced data analysis techniques and cutting-edge technology. You will play a critical role in identifying trends, optimizing training regimens, and providing actionable intelligence to coaches and athletes. Responsibilities: • Collect, process, and analyze vast amounts of performance data from various sources, including training sessions, matches, physiological monitoring, and biomechanical assessments. • Utilize advanced statistical and data visualization techniques to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends in player and team performance. • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance databases and reporting dashboards. • Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to coaches, athletes, and support staff to inform training strategies, game plans, and player development. • Work closely with coaching staff to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven performance solutions. • Design and implement innovative performance monitoring tools and methodologies. • Conduct detailed scouting analysis and opponent scouting reports. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for optimization. • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in sports science, performance analysis, and data analytics. • Collaborate with technology providers to evaluate and implement new performance analysis tools and software. • Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of athlete welfare and injury prevention strategies through data analysis. • Mentor junior performance analysts and contribute to the growth of the performance analysis department. This role requires a high level of self-discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the team.
