Senior / Staff Full‑Stack Engineer — CEO’s Build Partner (AI‑Augmented) 🚀 Company : Truey × Inneractive • Location : Remote‑first • Type : Full‑time C2C with your own LLC considered; NO staffing vendors — direct to Truey. Inneractive makes wellness accessible and useful to the world through feedback technology. Truey builds AI‑powered web applications. You’ll partner directly with the CEO across both orgs to ship internal tools, platforms, and select customer‑facing experiences—end‑to‑end, fast, and with high craftsmanship. The Role Own the stack from frontend to backend to infrastructure. You’ll turn ambiguous ideas into working software: dashboards, internal ops tools, data / feedback systems, and a handful of external apps. You’ll set direction, make architectural calls, and use AI‑assisted development (Copilot / Cursor, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Do • Design and implement full‑stack features (UX → API → data → deploy) with clear architecture and maintainable boundaries. • Build internal tools that streamline research, operations, and feedback workflows; occasionally ship public‑facing apps. • Stand up secure, observable services; own CI / CD, environments, and cost‑aware cloud infra. • Integrate AI (OpenAI or similar) into product flows and your own dev workflow (tests, refactors, codegen). • Collaborate 1 : 1 with the CEO; context‑switch across projects and orgs; document decisions and standards. Core Tech You’ll Touch Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript • Backend: Python (FastAPI or similar), Node / TS as needed • APIs / Data: REST / GraphQL, PostgreSQL, caching • Infra: Docker, CI / CD (GitHub Actions), cloud (AWS / GCP), Vercel / Cloudflare, basic Kubernetes or serverless • Observability / Security: logs / metrics / traces, secrets / auth (OAuth / OIDC). What You Bring • 5–10+ years shipping production software; Senior→Staff-level judgment and architectural ownership. • Proven generalist: comfortable in code, schema, pipelines, deployments, and debugging in prod. • Product sense: bias to iterate quickly, measure outcomes, and keep UI quality high. • Fluency with AI‑augmented development and integrating model capabilities where they add leverage.
