This is an on-site leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include: • Managing inventory, visual merchandising, achieving sales targets, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. • Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals. • Manage inventory levels, stock control, and visual merchandising standards. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty. • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to upper management. • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. • Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
