Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Senior Supply Chain Manager. The professional will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply optimization. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, analyzing trends and forecasts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization while driving alignment between supply chain operations and overall business goals. Qualifications • Experience with Demand Planning and strong analytical skills to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. • Proficiency in Supply Management and Procurement, including vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management. • Expertise in Inventory Management practices to ensure efficiency in stock control and minimize costs. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain management tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
