As our Senior Supply Chain Manager for the Supply Chain Excellence Team, you’ll be the go-to leader for solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring suppliers deliver on time. This role is about more than managing processes—it’s about jumping in when issues arise, driving solutions, and keeping production moving. Working closely with suppliers worldwide, you’ll play a critical role in delivering affordable, high-quality parts that meet the dynamic needs of our customers. You’ll not only fight today’s fires but also drive long-term process improvements that strengthen supply chain performance and enhance profitability. Travel expectation would be approximately 25-30% but can fluctuate up to 40% depending on needs of the business. What You Will Do • Operational Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify and create operational solutions that accomplish specific business objectives, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the supply chain. • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with global suppliers to ensure the delivery of affordable, high-quality parts that meet dynamic customer needs, while developing mechanisms to manage and monitor operational part progress from kitting through shipment. • Process Optimization: Ensure business process outcomes align with the organization’s strategic goals by introducing innovative practices that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. This role will also focus on supporting our business objectives around predictable performance, solving material enablement challenges and improving overall supplier performance. • Risk Management: Utilize risk management tools to develop proactive strategies, lead root cause identification, and recommend corrective actions to eliminate product delivery issues. • Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with various partners, crafting clear communication and making timely decisions to positively influence the organization’s culture and achieve results. • Project Management: Manage and assist with process improvement projects, prioritize project work, and support the needs of the Core operating system through fact-based decision-making and risk mitigation. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a BE/ Master’s Degree and minimum 12+ years prior relevant experience in Supply chain /Procurement preferably manufacturing industry. Qualifications We Prefer • Master’s degree in business or technical field preferred • Meaningful experience working with suppliers • Project management and/or process improvement/Lean experience • Customer Service mindset and strong follow up skills • Delivery assurance experience • Experience organizing initiatives and processes • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • ​Experience with a variety of commodities is ideal • Passion for driving results and ability to build relations with various partners • Aerospace experience • SAP experience is a plus
