This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and performance-optimized Tableau dashboards. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop. • Create advanced calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions for complex analytics. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working with data engineering teams. • Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. • Publish and manage content on Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, including permissions and extracts. • Apply best practices in visualization design and storytelling to deliver actionable insights. • Support self-service BI adoption through reusable templates and user guidance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality or dashboard performance. • Stay updated on BI trends and Tableau advancements to enhance reporting capabilities. Required Skills: • Primary: Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud) • Secondary: SQL Server • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and BI best practices. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Qualifications: • 4–7 years of experience in Tableau development and BI delivery lifecycle. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions.
