The OpportunityAs a Senior Recruiter, you will: • Own an entire recruitment focus area (industry / geography / client cluster) • Become the primary talent partner for your assigned clients. • Build deep sector expertise and market credibility. • Work directly with founders and senior consultants. • Shape recruitment strategy, not just execute tasks. • Create long-term value for clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple non-IT sectors. • Lead client requirement discussions and role-mapping sessions. • Function as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and CXOs. • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines. • Execute strategic sourcing using: • Market mapping • Industry networks • Referrals • Direct search from Naukri, LinkedIn • Digital platforms • Manage interviews, assessments, offers, and closures. • Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and strong joining ratios. • Track performance metrics and continuously improve delivery standards. • Represent Human context’s brand in the talent market. Who Should Apply We are looking for professionals who combine execution excellence with ambition. • 2+ years of recruitment consulting / agency experience (preferred) • Strong exposure to non-IT hiring (Real Estate, Infra, FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Agri, etc.) • Demonstrated record of consistent, high-quality closures. • Comfortable interacting with senior clients and business leaders • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership orientation • High learning agility and career ambition • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship skills Academic Excellence • Consistent First-Class academic record across X, XII, Graduation / Post-Graduation • We value discipline, rigor, and long-term commitment to excellence.
