About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and drive a team of Relationship Managers / Executives in the matrimony industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives. • Drive team targets related to subscriptions, renewals, and customer conversions. • Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure achievement of KPIs. • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high-quality matchmaking service. • Train team members on product offerings, customer handling, and relationship management. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve service delivery. • Maintain accurate reporting on team performance and client engagement. • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical matchmaking practices.
