Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications within the Zoho ecosystem. • Architect secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions using Zoho platforms and integrations. • Develop and manage business logic using Zoho Deluge (mandatory) across Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, and related applications. • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical direction and best-practice guidance. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and integration issues. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, automation, and tools. Mandatory Requirements • 3–5+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge (MANDATORY). • Proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party integrations. • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data modeling. • Experience building custom workflows, functions, automation, and reports in Zoho. Good to Have (Preferred) • Experience with Zoho One implementations. • Exposure to low-code / no-code architecture patterns. • Understanding of business processes, CRM workflows, and accounting logic. • Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
