Role Overview The Senior Technical Manager – Customer Engineering owns the planning, prioritization, and delivery of all customer-specific technical work (RICEW) across RecVue customers. This role ensures technical quality, consistency, and alignment with the RecVue platform. Key Responsibilities • Act as the single owner for all RICEW demand across customers • Work with CS and customers to clarify scope, priorities, and expectations • Partner with Engineering on estimation, planning, and delivery • Ensure solutions adhere to platform standards and architectural principles • Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders • Identify recurring patterns to influence product roadmap and platform improvements Required Experience & Skills • 10–15+ years of experience in technical delivery or engineering management • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and data flows • Ability to manage competing priorities across customers • Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) • Predictable and transparent RICEW delivery • Reduced rework and customer dissatisfaction • Improved alignment between Customer Engineering and Product
