The role involves developing and driving technical marketing strategies for Ace Designers' products, with a focus on customer support and satisfaction. Responsibilities include: - Engaging with clients to understand technical requirements. - Creating detailed product presentations and demonstrations. - Providing technical insights for product positioning. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales and product management to align marketing efforts. - Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to drive product improvements and technical innovations. Qualifications: - Proficiency in technical marketing and a strong understanding of product management principles. - Knowledge and experience in network security and networking systems. - Proven ability to collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop innovative solutions. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. - Experience in the machine tool or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
