Job Title: Senior Technical Sales Manager Industry: Parking / Automated Parking / Parking Solutions Experience: 3 - 5 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Sales Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in the parking industry. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of parking equipment, automated parking systems, and strong experience in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading high-value technical proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, hands-on technical understanding, and a track record of achieving sales targets in the parking or mobility infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the parking industry. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for parking equipment, automation systems, and parking management solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, product demos, technical presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closure. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners. • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, tenders, and RFP responses. Technical Expertise • Understand technical specifications of parking systems (mechanical, electrical, automation). • Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design customized parking solutions. • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and recommend suitable parking technologies. • Troubleshoot technical queries and ensure seamless solution delivery. Project & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with project, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project timelines and ensure commitments are met. • Maintain communication between client, technical teams, and management throughout project lifecycle. Market Research & Strategy • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. • Propose new product opportunities and improvement strategies. • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Team Leadership • Mentor and support junior sales engineers or executives. • Facilitate training on new technologies, product updates, and sales best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or equivalent. • 10+ years’ experience in parking systems, automated parking, parking equipment, mobility solutions, or related industries. • Strong technical understanding of parking products: • Parking guidance systems • Boom barriers, ticketing & access control systems • Mechanical/Automated parking systems • Parking management software • Proven track record in high-value B2B technical sales. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong networking and client relationship management skills. Preferred Attributes • Experience working with government tenders, EPC contractors, real estate developers, and consultants. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Ability to travel frequently for client visits and site assessments.
