About the job

As a Senior Training & Quality Manager for the GenAI/LLM Practice, you will play a crucial role in integrating Project Management methodology into the Total Quality Management (TQM) framework. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with Global Delivery and TQM leadership to design, implement, and oversee training and quality strategies across various projects and locations. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate structured Project Management practices into TQM frameworks during project scoping and initiation - Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management including design, development, delivery, certification, and re-certification - Establish and enforce quality measurement and quality assurance methodologies - Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, KPI recovery, and threshold stabilization strategies - Develop and manage structured dashboards, early-warning systems, and performance reporting frameworks - Supervise calibration mechanisms and closed-loop feedback between QA and Training - Ensure consistent implementation of client policies and process standards across different locations - Collaborate with Analytics and Workforce teams to align assessment performance with project outcomes - Create and maintain training repositories and documentation for audit compliance - Mentor and coach TQM leaders to promote accountability and performance ownership - Support large-scale ramp-ups while upholding precision, quality, and operational stability Qualifications: - 3+ years of Operations/Project Management experience (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred) - 3+ years of Training and Quality Management experience in AI, Data Annotation, or BPO environments - Experience managing quality governance in large-scale operations (1000+ FTE preferred) - Strong expertise in audit frameworks, precision improvement, AHT optimization, and structured governance cadence - Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, Index Match, dashboards, data visualization, and text functions - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience - Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams (OMs, QAMs, TMs) - Advanced degree in English (Masters/Ph.D. preferred; exceptional Bachelors candidates may apply) This position demands a strong analytical mindset, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a dedication to upholding high-quality standards across global programs.
