Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Treasury Manager based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Senior Treasury Manager will oversee cash flow management, investment activities, and financial risk management strategies. The role also involves preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will develop and implement treasury policies while contributing to strategic financial planning and helping optimize financial performance. Qualifications • Expertise in financial risk management, cash flow analysis, and investment management • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including RBI guidelines and financial audit procedures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities • Experience in handling banking relationships and negotiations • Proficiency in financial software and tools • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CPA certification is a plus • Prior experience (8+ years) in treasury or financial management roles
