Job Opening: Senior US Recruitment Lead (IT Recruitment) Location: Noida (On-site, Monday to Friday) Experience: 3 – 8 Years Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift) Benefits: One-side cab + Dinner provided About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Senior US Recruitment Lead with strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing, hiring, and X-Ray search techniques to source niche and hard-to-find profiles. The candidate must be experienced in handling a team and driving recruitment deliverables for the US market. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for the US IT market. • Hands-on expertise in Sourcing, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and targeting niche skill profiles. • Handle sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and social media platforms. • Screen and evaluate candidates based on US visa categories (H1B, GC EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, USC, etc.). • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals. • Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiation, and onboarding. • Build long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
