Senior/Lead Project Finance Analyst

Role Purpose The Senior/Lead Project Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing project finance support to a portfolio and building/standardizing core processes for forecasting, revenue accruals, change control, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Leads monthly forecasting and reviews: revenue, cost-to-complete (ETC), margin, risks/opportunities; produces variance bridges and documents assumptions. • Liaises with PMs/Operations to ensure effective delivery of outputs within set deadlines. • Supports resource management/capacity planning by connecting resourcing plans and hours to financial forecasts; quantifies delivery/margin risks early. • Reviews revenue accruals/reconciliations where possible (timesheets/project systems/invoicing) to maintain clear movement bridges. • Drove discipline in managing changes/orders throughout the lifecycle of projects. • Reviews contracts/amendments for financial implications (rates/billing models/caps/pass-throughs/invoicing triggers). • Built maintains portfolio KPI dashboards using Power BI/excel as per business needs.
