Overview Jhpiego is hiring a Senior/Program Coordinator based at NHM Jaipur (Rajasthan) to support the SPM for strengthening the Maternal and Child Health programs in urban Jaipur to support the state for achieving SDG targets. The Program Coordinator will report to Senior Program Officer. Responsibilities: • Work under the guidance of the Senior Program Officer to support day-to-day implementation of Urban MNCH initiatives in Jaipur. • Support rollout and implementation of priority interventions across Urban Primary Health Centres (UPHCs), Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs (Urban HWCs), and medical college–linked facilities in Jaipur. • Assist implementation of Quality ANC initiatives including GDM screening, anemia management including FCM, Prasav Watch, IOT based digital solutions and other related urban health initiatives. • Support rollout, troubleshooting, and routine functioning of IoT-based diagnostic devices and digital tools across selected urban facilities. • Ensure systematic recording and reporting of ANC and MNCH service delivery in physical and digital formats. • Organise and conduct facility-level capacity-building training for staff and on-site handholding.
