About the Job: Alventra Marketing is hiring an SEO Client Success Manager with 3+ years of experience to join their remote team. The role involves acting as the primary client liaison for 30+ accounts, managing client communication, sharing SEO progress updates, and coordinating with the SEO team to ensure timely delivery of results. Eligibility: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 20+ client accounts. • Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Loom, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. • Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Role and Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients daily via WhatsApp, Slack, or email. • Ensure no client goes over 48 hours without updates. • Send structured M-W-F updates highlighting SEO progress, rankings, and wins. • Respond to all client and team messages within 10 minutes during shift hours. • Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications. • Send weekly Loom videos summarizing SEO progress, wins, and next steps. • Record and send monthly performance review Looms with report walkthroughs. • Conduct client onboarding, including welcome emails, login collection, and timeline setting. • Schedule onboarding calls and explain deliverables to clients. • Communicate client requests clearly to the SEO team and follow up until completion. • Maintain trackers for updates sent, Looms shared, follow-ups pending, and client concerns. • Act as a “Client Happiness Manager” to spot early signs of disengagement. • Suggest improvements to communication, reporting, and processes. • Ensure weekly and monthly Looms and reports are delivered on time.
