About the job
About the role • Responsible for the successful completion of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Develop & finalize the transition/transformation plan with the internal & customer teams. • Identify and secure resources necessary to execute the Transition Plan. • Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer, technology deployment, service readiness, people transfer, delivery operations setup, service management aspects of project. • Communicate progress/status of transition to all stakeholders. • Assist Central PM in developing contingency and risk mitigation plans for transition. • Communicate effectively with the internal business stakeholders what all changes in processes will be. • Deploys and refines a standardized transition methodology to be used consistently across initiatives. • Provide documentation/support requested by PM in support of project reviews, audits and other project requirements. • Track status of work plans; resources; and deliverables for individual projects and roll up project information for overall program coordination; reporting; and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engg or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years relevant PM & Transition management work experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years IT management experience.
