Day-to-day tasks include managing and improving overall service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading service-related initiatives. Qualifications • Proficiency in Service Delivery Management, Service Delivery, and IT Service Management • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills • Proven ability to facilitate excellent service quality and meet client expectations • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Relevant experience in managed office or service-based industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
