ServiceNow CSM Developer Role We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM Professional to enhance customer experience. • Implement CSM applications including Case Management, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, Communities, and Agent Workspace. • Develop workflows, playbooks, entitlements, SLAs, and service channels. • Create UI policies, business rules, client scripts, flow designer flows, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM module, scripting, and portal development.
