ServiceNow Developer – FSM / SOM (Sales & Order Management), CSM Location: Offshore Contract Duration: 12 Months Start Shift Timing: UK Shift Key Responsibilities ● Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, scripts, UI components, and integrations. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. ● Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party or enterprise systems. ● Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides. ● Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure delivery quality, reliability, and performance. ● Utilize UI Builder, Service Portal, Creator Studio, and App Engine Studio for rapid development and prototyping. ● Adhere to and enforce best practices for configuration, customization, coding standards, and data/security compliance. ● Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements or new capabilities. Notice period : 15 days or 1 month salary : as per market standards
