About the job

• Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. • User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. • Experience delivering projects for implementing Workspaces and Now Assist. • Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities. • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM and Custom Applications. • Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages. • Ability to set up data security via control rules, domain separation. • Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes. • Good hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more areas: JavaScript /HTML/ CSS / AJAX / Angular / Bootstrap. • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies. • Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented. • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure a high level of reliability and user satisfaction. • Peer review of other developers' user stories. • Provide technical documentation as required. • Development, management, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks. • Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
