Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. This is a client-facing role in a consulting environment, requiring strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and project execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead ServiceNow projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support • Manage delivery across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and custom applications • Own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders • Manage scope changes, risks, and escalations effectively • Ensure quality delivery, governance, and smooth transition to hypercare/support • Support user adoption and change management activities Required Experience & Skills • 10+ Years of overall experience in which 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or consulting • Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects • Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery models (Agile / Waterfall) • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field • PMP / PRINCE2 / ServiceNow certifications are a plus
