Experienced in API integrations (including POST calls), data extension management, journey configuration, and troubleshooting triggered sends. Skilled in dynamic email personalization, automation workflows, data filtering with time-zone logic (UTC/CST), and CRM integrations. Strong expertise in optimizing campaign performance, data accuracy, and marketing automation processes.
