Role Description We are building a high-impact VCFO practice and are looking for a Shared CFO / VCFO Partner-track resource to join us in Hyderabad (on-site). This is not a traditional 9–6 job—it’s a growth journey for someone who wants to work hands-on with multiple businesses, build credibility as a finance leader, and create long-term synergy with our firm. You’ll collaborate with us on financial leadership for clients, including planning, MIS, budgeting, performance analysis, investor readiness support, and compliance coordination. Qualifications • 3–6 years in startup/MSME finance (FP&A/strategy/VCFO/consulting). • High ownership, fast execution, and comfort working across industries • Strong grip on cash runway, burn, unit economics, pricing/margins, and reporting for founders • Experience preparing investor-ready MIS: metrics, decks, data rooms, and basic models • Advanced Excel + clean reporting; ability to translate insights into action items
