In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the accuracy of goods received and dispatched, and supporting inventory management. Key Responsibilities: • Shipping and Receiving: Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying item counts, quality, and documentation. Process outgoing shipments, ensuring they are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch. • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and stock organization to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and support the maintenance of inventory records. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs. Generate reports and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner. • Quality Control: Ensure that all goods received meet Amazon's quality standards. Report discrepancies and damages to the appropriate department. • Coordination: Work closely with warehouse associates, managers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth coordination of shipments and materials. • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
