We’re hiring: Shopify Operations & Client Success Associate (Onsite — Dwarka, Delhi) Psycho Scaling is looking for someone to manage Shopify store operations for D2C clients. This is not a hardcore developer role we want a smart operator who understands what drives conversions and can handle client communication cleanly. 📍 Dwarka, New Delhi (Onsite) 📆 5 days/week 💻 Laptop required 🍫 Young team | casual clothing | free snacks⚡ Joining: ASAP Commercials - 20-25k What you’ll do • Run Shopify store ops: product/collection updates, site changes, offers/discounts, app setups, QA • Implement CRO improvements (PDP, trust, offers, bundles, upsells, checkout flow) • Coordinate with clients for updates, approvals, timelines • Work with the ads + creative team to ensure the website supports campaign goals • Handle day-to-day issues like app conflicts, broken links, payment/shipping checks, basic debugging Must-have • Hands-on Shopify experience • Strong communication + task ownership • CRO mindset (you care about purchase conversion, not just “site edits”) • Comfortable working fast in an agency environment • Onsite availability + laptop
