Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager in "SATYAMA the fashion hub" for a full-time, on-site role at our Ayodhya location. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include managing showroom staff, maintaining inventory, implementing sales strategies, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience. • Experience in achieving and improving showroom Sales performance. • Strong understanding of showroom management and retail operations. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for team management. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Previous experience managing a showroom or retail outlet is preferred. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage inventory and sales tracking will be an advantage. • A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting organizational goals.
