ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCUTRE BUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial LOCATION: Mumbai, India DIRECT REPORTING: Teamlead ‘SIOP Consolidation and Finance BI Industrial’ Position Summary The SIOP & Commercial Analyst will provide operational support in reporting, data consolidation, and forecasting activities. This position focuses on recurring tasks, data preparation, and follow-up activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the SIOP and commercial processes. The Analyst will work closely with the Senior Finance BI Analyst and other stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement of data transparency. The Analyst works closely with FP&A, Accounting, Sales, and Operations to reconcile data, track performance, and enhance the reliability of both short- and long-term forecasts. The insight gained by the SIOP information the SIOP & Commercial Analyst delivers, shall enable the product line Pumps EMEA & APAC and Industrial Valves and all related entities to drive the business to profitable growth. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES • Prepare and update recurring reports (daily orders & sales dashboards, backlog tracking) • Consolidate input from sales offices and plants for SIOP meetings and management reporting • Follow up on delayed or missing data submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Support the preparation of Book & Ship forecasts and backlog reconciliations • Provide routine reporting support to Sales, Operations, and Finance • Support month-end activities by preparing and reconciling commercial data sets • Assist in documenting reporting requirements and communicating deadlines to stakeholders • Contribute to data validation and collection for ongoing reporting automation initiatives • Lead weekly SIOP Pulse calls with the plants and sales office leaders to understand root causes of variances to commitments of the plants & sales offices for the month and to accomplish accurate last estimates • Manage the daily order & sales dashboard of the business units P-E & V-E. Follows up directly with all related stakeholders to accomplish a maximum of accuracy and timely submittal • Pulse Call preparation: consolidate trade and IC orders & sales, as well as B&S development and coordinate efforts directly with Sales & Operations team to collect all information required for the meetings • Communicate with Controllers and others the reporting requirements, instructions, and due dates, and follows up to ensure timely delivery or defined reporting duties. Candidate Requirements Knowledge Skills & Abilities • Preferable 3+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on financial analysis, consolidations and technical accounting. • Energetic, self-starter with ability to drive results • High level of self-motivation and initiative in mastering complex topics • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills • Fluent in English • Exceptional analysis skills • Bias toward process improvement • Organized, intelligent, educated, patient and self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills suited to a fast-paced, dynamic culture • Proficiency with MS tools and advanced Excel • Proficiency with a consolidated reporting system and data warehouse • Preferable SAP knowledge • Power BI Skills are beneficial Education & Experience • Bachelor’s in commerce or economics or comparable education level
