Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales processes and programs. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive improvements. • Work outside of defined processes to determine appropriate actions and solutions. • Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales growth. • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts. Expected Qualifications: • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications: • Proven B2B sales track record with expertise in new business acquisition and merchant relationship scaling. • Deep understanding of Cross Border Payments & India’s export ecosystem and ability to position PayPal solutions to service/goods exporters. • Strong capability in targeting and acquiring new logos within the mid-market and high-value merchant segments to drive revenue attainment and business growth. • Efficient in relationship-building skills to identify and collaborate with ecosystem partners for organic business growth. • Expertise in strong pipeline management by prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining qualified pipelines with strong conversion focus. • Proficiency in targeted cold outreach and discovery calls with strong communication and credibility-building abilities. • Skilled at uncovering merchant pain points and translating them into customized PayPal solutions & Proven ability to guide merchants through complete onboarding—from sign-up to technical integration and go-live success.
