SMB Success Account Manager

As an SMB Success Account Manager at our company, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with US small business clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining regular engagement with clients, driving successful product implementation and adoption, providing proactive account support, analyzing account health, facilitating client training sessions, and coordinating with internal teams. Key success indicators for your role will be client engagement levels, account health metrics, product adoption and success, response quality, onboarding effectiveness, and revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain regular engagement with US SMB clients and business owners - Drive successful product implementation and adoption - Provide proactive account support and address client concerns - Monitor account health and take necessary actions - Facilitate client training sessions and document feedback - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Analyze churn, retention, and revenue opportunities for upsell/cross-sell Required Skills: - 13 years in customer-facing roles - Understanding of churn, retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies - Strong multitasking abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding of SMB operations - Proficiency with CRM systems - Problem-solving and analytical skills Ideal Candidate: - Experience working with US clients - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Proactive communication style - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts effectively. In this role, you will be working in US business hours with flexibility in the morning hours. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore with coverage of US time zones (EST/PST).
