Focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhidham for an SOC Operation Executive. The SOC Operation Executive will coordinate and manage the end-to-end operational processes of Shipper’s Own Container logistics. Responsibilities will include documentation management, customer communication, shipment tracking, liaising with shipping lines, negotiating rates, and addressing logistics challenges. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to compliance requirements, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Proficiency in shipment documentation, contract negotiation, and managing shipping logistics • Strong understanding of SOC operations, export/import processes, and compliance regulations • Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills for effective client interactions • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach • Experience in logistics, international trade, or supply chain management • Familiarity with freight operations and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office; knowledge of shipping software is an added advantage
