Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Department: Social Media & Client Servicing About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Account Executive who can bridge the gap between creativity and client needs. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and executing social media campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life — from briefing creative teams to optimizing campaign performance across platforms. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring timely communication and project delivery. • Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). • Develop monthly social media calendars, content plans, and campaign ideas aligned with client goals. • Collaborate with the design, copy, and strategy teams to deliver creatives and posts on time. • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native insights. • Support influencer campaigns — from shortlisting to execution and reporting. • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement. • Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and pitches. • Ensure brand consistency across all client communications. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media agency. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and ad formats. • Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Basic knowledge of performance tracking tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus. • A creative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Skills • Experience working on influencer or brand collaboration campaigns. • Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and project management tools like Asana or Trello. • Strong presentation skills for client reviews and pitches.
