The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Qualifications • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing for diverse platforms • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders • Experience in video editing tools and software, with an understanding of visual storytelling • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and optimize social media campaigns • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team • Previous experience in a similar role or in the senior lifestyle industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
