About the job
We are hiring a dynamic Social Media & Communications Executive to manage content creation, social media strategy, ORM, and brand communication projects. Key Responsibilities • Plan monthly social media calendars & execute content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels. • Create posts per month, write blogs, scripts, shoot/edit reels & videos. • Manage platform scheduling, timely customer responses, and social media analytics. • Handle ORM & improve ratings on Google/iOS. • Coordinate with design teams for creatives and visual assets. • Support brand communication projects: internal branding, decks, presentations, airport branding, etc. • Work with HR/Operations for event coverage, engagement content, and video stories. • Contribute to YouTube revamp, new content formats, and brand visibility initiatives. Skills Required • Strong communication & writing skills • Hands-on with Canva, Veed, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics • Ability to script, shoot & edit videos • Understanding of trends, SEO basics, and analytics • Multitasking, time management, and creative problem-solving Qualifications • Graduate in Marketing/Communications/Media • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or brand communication
