Key Responsibilities • Manage client communication, feedback and monthly reviews • Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars • Bring fresh content and reel ideas aligned with each brand • Brief and coordinate with the internal design team • Manage the content team and ensure timelines are met • Ensure smooth day-to-day account management across brands Who We're Looking For • Is confident speaking with clients and handling feedback • Is organised and strong with follow-ups and timelines • Has a sharp eye for social media trends and content direction • Thinks proactively instead of waiting for instructions • Can manage multiple brands and a team effectively Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing Agency • Prior experience in client servicing and content planning • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content • Agency experience preferred
