About the Role Vaidam Health is looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and gain hands-on experience in managing brand presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). • Support in writing and creating social media content. • Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure timely posting. • Help monitor social media engagement, trends, and analytics. • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and content opportunities. • Assist in managing posting schedules, reels, stories, and community interactions. • Support in basic reporting and documentation tasks. Requirements • Candidate should be from Healthcare Background • Basic understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies. • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling. • Good communication and writing skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with Canva or basic editing tools (preferred but not mandatory). • Prior internship experience in social media or content creation. • Knowledge of video formats, reels, and meme trends. • Interest in healthcare, wellness, or digital marketing industries. Qualifications: • Graduation/Postgraduation in Science/Allied Health/ Medical/Healthcare/Hospital is a plus • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field will be considered with healthcare writing experience
