About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership Marketing Manager to lead the launch and sustained growth of a new hospital brand. You will be the bridge between creative storytelling and performance-driven patient acquisition, managing everything from daily social media to high-stakes offline media buys. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Leadership: Define the brand’s digital voice. Oversee the creation of doctor-led educational content, patient testimonials, and high-impact Reels. • Performance Oversight: Supervise the execution of Paid Ads (Meta & Google) specifically focused on lead generation for OPDs and specialized surgeries. • 360° Media Strategy: Beyond digital, you will identify opportunities for Outdoor (OOH), Print, and Radio campaigns based on geographic data and hospital catchment areas. • Strategic Upselling: Act as a consultant to the brand. Conduct regular gap analyses to pitch and implement additional marketing requirements (Health camps, RWA activations, or New Media). • Quality & Brand Governance: Conduct end-to-end QA on all creatives, ensuring medical accuracy, brand consistency, and zero-error publishing. • Account Growth: Ensure a minimum 2–3% MoM follower growth and maintain positive engagement trends across all social platforms. • Operations & Finance: Manage monthly billing cycles, vendor payments (VO artists, printers, influencers), and maintain a meticulous digital asset repository. • Team Management: Set, track, and provide formal monthly feedback on KPIs for the core creative and performance teams. Requirements • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in healthcare marketing or managing hospital accounts is a significant plus. • Multi-Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of the synergy between Digital (Social/Ads) and Traditional (Print/OOH) media. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data (CPL, Reach, Engagement) into actionable strategy. • Communication: Exceptional pitching and presentation skills to justify marketing spends and new initiatives to stakeholders. • Ownership: An entrepreneurial approach to account management—identifying what the brand needs before they ask for it.
