The ideal candidate understands content, growth, performance marketing, and analytics, and can connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). • Create campaigns around home-building journeys, customer testimonials, site updates, and educational content. • Drive organic growth and improve engagement rates. • Manage community conversations and handle queries/comments professionally. • Work on influencer collaborations. • Execute localized campaigns for city-based lead generation. • Provide weekly dashboards and performance insights. • Continuously optimize based on data and trends. • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans. • Identify target audiences and platform-specific strategies. • Conduct competitor and trend analysis. • Plan and oversee creation of posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos. • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers. • Write compelling captions and optimize content for engagement. • Maintain brand voice consistency across platforms.
