The role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns, interacting with the community, and driving both follower growth and lead generation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage creatives, reels, videos, and live streams. • Plan, schedule, and post content across all platforms. • Write engaging captions, event updates, and invitations. • Handle responses, DMs, and online community interactions. • Plan and execute paid promotions and lead-generation campaigns. • Track performance, analyze insights, and share regular reports. • Manage promotions, glimpses, and content posting for BNI events. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management. • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Skills in video editing, creative design, and ad campaign management.
