This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Mohpa. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online audiences. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and exploring emerging trends to ensure innovative campaigns. Qualifications • Experience with Social Media Management and strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling skills • Expertise in Social Media Analytics, Performance Tracking, and Reporting • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing tools and Campaign Management • Proficiency in Scheduling Tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to identify emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred • Experience in crafting paid social media campaigns is a plus • A passion for creativity, engagement, and building strong digital communities
