The Social Media Manager & Presenter will be responsible for building the digital presence of TogetherBuying. This role combines content strategy, on-camera presentation, influencer collaborations, and community growth to create engaging and informative content that explains the concept of group buying in real estate and drives membership growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Presentation • Write 5 short-form video scripts daily focused on home buying insights, myths, savings, and group buying benefits. • Shoot 2–3 reels daily explaining concepts in a clear and professional way. • Present on camera in an engaging, confident, and trustworthy manner. • Create content formats such as: • Informational reels • Story-based content • Myth vs Reality • Real estate hacks • Buyer education 2. Social Media Management • Plan and execute daily Instagram content including reels, carousels, and stories. • Maintain a weekly content calendar. • Post 3–5 Instagram stories daily including polls, Q&A, insights, and behind-the-scenes. • Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions. 3. Influencer Collaboration • Identify and track 10 influencers daily across relevant niches: • Real Estate • Finance & Money Saving • Lifestyle • Local NCR creators • Build partnerships through: • Barter collaborations • Podcast-style content • Joint reels • Maintain an influencer collaboration pipeline. 4. Community Growth • Encourage viewers to join TogetherBuying membership. • Drive traffic to the website and buyer groups. • Help grow the homebuyer community across social platforms. • Participate in discussions and respond to audience questions. 5. Research & Innovation • Study trending content and competitors daily. • Identify new reel formats and viral trends. • Suggest new content ideas and experiments weekly. 6. Analytics & Performance Review • Track performance metrics including: • Views • Shares • Saves • Engagement • Identify top-performing content formats. • Share weekly insights and improvement strategies. 7. Team Building • Help identify and onboard interns or content creators to scale content production. • Support the expansion of the content and social media team. Weekly Output Expectations • 25+ scripts written • 12–15 reels recorded • 50+ influencer profiles researched • Daily Instagram stories posted • Community engagement & lead generation Ideal Candidate • Confident on-camera personality • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Interest in real estate, startups, and social media trends • Ability to educate audiences in a simple and engaging way
