About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with analytics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management • Manage and maintain brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently. 2. Content Strategy • Develop creative content ideas including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. • Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content. 3. Audience Engagement • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms. • Build relationships with followers and maintain brand voice in interactions. 4. Campaign Execution • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment. 5. Analytics & Reporting • Track performance using social media analytics tools. • Prepare reports on reach, engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
