We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager with strong experience in handling FMCG and food brands. The role requires a blend of strategy, creativity, execution, and performance understanding to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business impact across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media for multiple brands, ensuring content quality, consistency, timely execution, and growth-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning - Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand goals. - Create structured content buckets (Product, USP/RTB, Recipes, Trends, UGC, Moments). - Plan campaign calendars (seasonal, topical, product-led campaigns). - Align strategies with offline marketing, launches, and trade activities. 2. Content & Creative Direction - Lead ideation for high-quality creatives, reels, and videos. - Ensure strong USP/RTB storytelling, especially for food products. - Guide teams on visual language, tone, and brand consistency. - Drive trend-based content + moment marketing execution. 3. Execution & Delivery Management - Manage and monitor social media rosters for multiple brands. - Ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaigns. - Coordinate with design, content, and video teams. - Maintain quality control and approval processes. 4. Performance & Growth - Track and optimize KPIs (Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, Followers Growth, Views). - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. - Work closely with the performance team for paid media amplification. - Ensure continuous page hygiene and boosting strategies. 5. Influencer & UGC Strategy - Plan and execute influencer collaborations. - Drive UGC-led campaigns and content amplification. - Ensure content aligns with brand tonality and campaign objectives. 6. Platform Management - Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn (if required). - Optimize content as per platform-specific best practices. - Ensure consistent brand communication across channels. 7. Client Coordination & Reporting - Act as a point of contact for clients on social media deliverables. - Present monthly reports, insights, and way forward strategies. - Handle feedback, revisions, and expectation management effectively. Key Requirements - 3–6 years of experience in social media marketing (FMCG preferred). - Strong understanding of food category communication (taste, texture, usage storytelling). - Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously. - Hands-on experience with content planning, campaign execution, and reporting. - Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and digital trends. - Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership mindset. Preferred Skills - Experience in agency environment handling FMCG clients. - Strong eye for design, reels, and video content. - Knowledge of quick commerce / e-commerce integrations (Blinkit, Amazon, etc.). - Ability to identify trends quickly and execute fast.
