Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach and negotiation to execution and post-campaign reporting • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, briefs, and approvals with influencers • Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, clicks, and conversions • Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers • Ensure brand tone, visual guidelines, and messaging are followed across all collaborations • Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to align campaigns with brand objectives • Coordinate influencer visits to outlets or shoots when required • Stay updated on platform trends, creator formats, and influencer best practices Additional Expectations • Willingness to participate in and support social media shoots, both on-site and outdoor, as and when required • Comfortable collaborating on-set with creators, photographers, and internal teams • Demonstrates a strong team-player mindset, adaptability, and ownership • Open to hands-on execution and fast-paced marketing environments
