Job Overview We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Software Developers to join our dynamic AI development team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world healthcare applications, leveraging your knowledge in Python, FastAPI, and Machine Learning to build scalable and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems using Python and FastAPI. • Design and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability. • Support the creation and deployment of AI/ML-based predictive models. • Collaborate with product, data, and research teams for feature integration. • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and debugging processes. • Assist with implementation and integration activities at client locations when required. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. • Proficiency in Python and FastAPI frameworks. • Practical experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
