Company Description CAM Tool Soft Services established in 2007 (India) and working with USA companies. We are service provider for PCB for Front End. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role located in Ahmedabad, focused on developing microservices and working with PostgreSQL. We are looking for a Software Developer to help build modern backend applications using a microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities • Develop backend services using microservices architecture • Build scalable REST APIs • Work with PostgreSQL databases including JSON / JSONB • Design schemas for both structured relational data and flexible JSON data • Build services that can operate independently or communicate with other services • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Collaborate on system architecture and design Required Skills • 2+ years backend development experience • Experience with microservices architecture • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL • Experience with JSON / JSONB in PostgreSQL • Experience building REST APIs • Understanding of database design and performance optimization • Familiarity with Docker / cloud environments is a plus Preferred Skills • Experience with Java / Spring Boot • Experience designing flexible schemas similar to NoSQL systems • Knowledge of distributed systems • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience with event-driven systems or message queues What We're Looking For • Developer comfortable working in modern distributed architectures • Ability to translate architectural designs into clean, maintainable code • Ability to build systems handling complex product data structures (e.g., electronic components with varying attributes)
