About the job

As a Software Developer your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore , you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. Develop and optimize front-end components using LitElement and modern JavaScript standards. Contribute to Progressive Web Application (PWA) development for the platform. Implement responsive design and accessibility features across tools. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with PHP-based APIs and Java microservices. Participate in dependency version upgrades and modernization initiatives. Assist in preparing the platform for app store deployment. Work closely with QA, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure performance and reliability. We expect you to have : (Minimum Qualifications) • 4+ years of experience in front-end web development. • Programming Languages : JavaScript, Typescript. • Frameworks & Libraries : LitElement (or similar frameworks like React, Vue, Angular). • Architecture : Front-end web component design, integration with PHP-based REST APIs. • Responsive Design & Accessibility : Implementing responsive layouts and accessibility standards. • Version Control & Collaboration : Git, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). • Containerization & CI / CD : Docker and experience with containerized environments. • Performance Optimization : Front-end performance tuning and observability tools. Soft Skills : Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
