Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer / Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java, AWS, UI development (React preferred), and hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and tools. This is a hands-on engineering role suitable for individuals who thrive in agile environments, take ownership, and are passionate about engineering excellence and AI-driven productivity. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong stakeholder communication and uses AI tools effectively to achieve at least 5x productivity gains in daily work. Job Qualifications • Strong expertise in Java development with real-world project experience • Experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures • Working experience with any UI framework – React preferred • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and AI agent frameworks • Practical usage of AI tools for automation and productivity improvement • Solid understanding of software engineering, best practices, testing and system scalability Professional Skills • Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder interaction skills. • Strong ability to negotiate and influence client stakeholders. • Experience in preparing and presenting high-quality technical and business-focused slide decks. • Strong ownership mindset, proactive thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Collaborative, problem-solving attitude with ability to handle ambiguity. • Comfortable taking ownership beyond individual contributions and helping elevate overall team productivity and quality. Job Responsibilities • Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance on Java, cloud architecture, UI development, and Agentic AI practices. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications using Java and React. • Build, deploy, and operate systems on AWS, ensuring performance and security. • Implement Agentic AI solutions and autonomous workflows to improve engineering efficiency. • Use AI-based tools for coding, automation, documentation and testing to enhance delivery speed. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams within an agile setup. • Present structured updates and outcomes to leadership and client teams. • Continuously explore new technologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
